Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sale, all sales are final except on 90-day warranty items.
However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. No merchandise credit can be issued. Passionette's warranty cannot be combined with any other warranty such as a manufacturer's warranty. There is a 90- day warranty on select battery operated merchandise. 90-day warranty does not apply to products that are bundled as a kit. ON ALL RETURNS:
You must call customer service to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). All returned products must contain this number and be included in the original package. *Write the RMA number on the outside of the package*
Include a copy of the original invoice with a description of the defect of the product.
All other items such as lingerie are considered intimates and may not be returned for any reason.
